Corporative World Orderand it’s Application to

Terrorism

Ivan Appel

Southern Ural State University

Introduction

• History knows only one world order: the division of planet between states

• International corporations and globalization made independence from states possible

Three classes of country’s functions

• Culture holding

• Workplace holding

• Service providing

Three classes of country’s functions

• Culture holding

Long history of emigration proven, that people are real culture holders, not the state or the country

Three classes of country’s functions

• Workplace holding

In the modern world corporations are real workplace holders, not the state or the country

Three classes of country’s functions

• Service providing

Corporations are service providers by their nature.

Two layers of CWO

• Cultural-migrational

• Institutional

personal indifference to the country of living

Institutional layer

• The separator between two layers of corporative world order is the step between ”I don’t care, what country do I live in” and ”I don’t actually live in any country”.

• States are definitely against that redistribution, because it would lead to their elimination or serious limitation of power.

The redistribution of planet among the businesses, where businesses are fully

independent and have no any governor above them

Functions of the state in corporative world

• Arbiter of inter-corporative conflicts.

• Start-ups supplier.

• Keeper of rights of people.

Tasks of the state

1. to keep population

2. to keep economics

3. to limit independence of businessv

Tasks of the state

1. to keep population

2. to keep economics

3. to limit independence of business

To become a sovereign to the business

“The Great Troubles”

• International terrorism• Illicit drug traffic• Global pollution• Distribution of 100% mortality rate infections,

such as AIDS• Dangerous totalitarian regimes

The problems, that are mortal to the state and insolvable by separate businesses, while can

be solved effectively by the solid state.

CWO and Terrorism

• Corporations are non-religious (conflict in Ulster)

• Corporations are non-national (Israeli-Palestine and Turkey-Kurds conflicts)

CWO can definitely lead to elimination of co-called “national terrorism”

CWO and International Terrorism

• Corporations are secular: employee of a company may belong to any religion as well as not to belong to any. Modern international terrorism uses extreme versions of Muslim ideology.

• Untouchability of life, health and freedom (liberal values, shared by corporations)

Terrorism that is as international as corporations are, is opposing force to

corporative world

CWO and 9/11 attack

Symbolic attack of two symbols:

• World Trade Center – the symbol of international business

• Department Of Defense – the symbol of the state

That is the problem

State 's Reactions to Terrorism

• Proclaiming terrorists as ”the demons from hell”.• Ability to justify everything, that’s aimed to punish

those, who are declared to be ”terrorist supporters”.• Suppression of almost anything including business as

well.• Induction of fear.

In fo rm ationa l Legislative

State 's Reactions to Terrorism

• Fear gives the ability to pass a lot of laws, many of which would be nonsense in non-terrorist time.

• Some of them may have nothing to do with terror and be connected with something else.

Conclusion

• There is a complex opposition scheme in the modern world

• Companies and states are competing for power and influence, but form united defense system against terrorists

• Both sides may use terrorism as a force or a symbol in a competition
