With Dubai gearing up to host the 2020 World Expo and with Abu Dhabi realising its 2030 Vision, the need for qualified UAE National professionals will increase and competition for this talent will only intensify, especially in the above mentioned industries. Ironically, most of these industries are not preferable options for Emirati nationals in particular, leading to a renewed dependence on expatriates.
