Britney Spears have more Twitter

followers than the entire population of Austria.

Flickr hosts more than 3.6 billion user images.

77% of all active internet users regularly read blogs.

Governments and companies around the world are using social media

The Obama campaign had 13 million email addresses;

7 million supporters on social networks; and

highest viewership on YouTube

But social media is all about people power
