Venturi Eductor converts the air coming out from a blower into suction,used to convey dust, pellets and solids, in a pneumatic conveying systemin dilute phase. As Venturi Eductors have no moving parts, they are almostentirely maintenance-free. They usually replace the rotary valves. VENTURI EDUCTOR HAS NO MOVING PARTS

All rotary airlocks have blowback. If theproduct conveyed is fine or abrasive, blowback can causeextreme wear problems. Even with free-flowing products,blowback can be a problem, causing bridging andhousekeeping problems, or even an explosion hazard.
