Managing Talent, succession and workforce planning: planning for, attracting, retaining and developing talent, particularly staff in business critical positions and high potentials, necessary to create continuity and sustain high performance. // Implement broad-based talent management practices that encompass the full talent pool.
2. Motivating and engaging staff: linked to retention priorities and career development. Achieve high commitment.
3. Learning and development plans: implement development practices and opportunities critical for increasing engagement and retaining staff. Going beyond traditional training courses, expand to mentoring, knowledge transfer, learning on the job, Project work, etc.
