INGREDIENTS1 Cup Frozen Pineapple2 Cups of Watermelon1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries1/4 Cup of chilled or frozenPomegranate Juice (frozen if you like thick smoothies)1 Cup of Kale1/2 Cup of unsweetened almond milk orcoconut water1/2 lemon squeezed (optional)1 to 2 tsp of honey (optional)

DIRECTIONSAdd pineapple, blueberries, pomegranatejuice, and kale into the blender. Blendunti l smooth. Next add watermelon andblend unti l smooth then taste. Drizzlehoney i f needed and blend. Add almondmilk or coconut water and blend again. I fi t tastes too sweet, squeeze 1/2 a lemoninto the blender and blend again. Garnish with fresh blueberries andwatermelon
