RACHAEL INSTITUTE SMOOTHIE RECIPE ERECTION SMOOTHIE SERVE: 2 TOTAL TIME: 5 MIN INGREDIENTS 1 Cup Frozen Pineapple 2 Cups of Watermelon 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries 1/4 Cup of chilled or frozen Pomegranate Juice (frozen if you like thick smoothies) 1 Cup of Kale 1/2 Cup of unsweetened almond milk or coconut water 1/2 lemon squeezed (optional) 1 to 2 tsp of honey (optional) DIRECTIONS Add pineapple, blueberries, pomegranate juice, and kale into the blender. Blend until smooth. Next add watermelon and blend until smooth then taste. Drizzle honey if needed and blend. Add almond milk or coconut water and blend again.
