GCDPo Country Partners of AIESEC

Czech republic

Why?

In order to ensure the quality of our product (experiences) that we are offering to our

customers (students) we set Country to Country cooperation with 11 Countries. (Countries were

chosen based on analysis of RE in past years.)

Set goals and conditions of our partnership:

• # of students sent to country partner (in MA and RE)

• # of TNs that they promised for Czech students

• # NPS (Quality we want to delivered together)

• Ways of Co-delivery

Based on Numerical Results we are dividing our Country Partners:

Big Players:

To these countries we will send 60% of our results (approximately 54MA per country and

20RE in term 2013/14)

Russia:

• 30 RE and 50 MA in term 13/14• 50 TNs for Czech students• NPS 40, RR: 50%, and 70% of promoters

• Online webinars for AIESECers and students about projects and Culture shock in Russia.

• Winter projects: Young & Perspective• Summer projects: Summer Camps• More information about projects and

Benefits:• They are partly financing their projects - so they are giving some

money to EPs - = good conditions for EPs, the accommodation is covered, local transport and food twice per week - main meal is covered by the org.

• They have IPS for trainees when they come to country = preparation for EPs role and X. - in summer they wanna have bigger conference

• They have also own quality survey for EPs during X

They need middle English skills. And their main issue is literacy.

Benefits:• 30% of their TNs are covered by host families with

food. Rests is in dorms without food. • Projects and host families are long-term partners. • National conference and global village for EPs.
