"I am out of bed by 5:30 a.m. and have a good cup of coffee before my morning workout.”

"I already packed a gym bag the night before and I keep my swim gear in my car at all times. I’m in the water at 5:15 a.m.”

I try to experiment with swimming or running for max 30 min, before heading to the office.
