To know if Counto Honda makes any effort to retain its employees.

The reason why the employees leave the job.

The factors that keep the employees happy.

Suggest some retention strategies to the organization.

Sample type: Simple Random Sampling

Data was collected from the employees of Counto

Honda with the help of a questionnaire.
