Accommodation Accommodation is on campus, which is at some distance (15 minutes by tram/bus from the city centre. We therefore strongly encourage attendees to choose one of these on-campus accommodation packages. Both options are in walking distance from the main conference venue.

Orchard Hotel is located approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the main conference venue. Guests will stay in brand new contemporary bedrooms, finished to a superior standard including a unique feature wall and bespoke modern furniture. Bathrooms include a power shower and are fitted with water pebbles, helping to conserve water usage. Flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, refreshment tray, hair dryer, in room safe, complimentary toiletries. Guests can also make use of the gym and a swimming pool at the university's sports centre. English breakfast is included in the package. Price: £74 per night

Accommodation at Cavendish Hall Address: Cavendish Hall, The University of Nottingham, University Park, Nottingham, NG7 2RJ, United Kingdom

Cavendish Hall offers en-suite accommodation. The hall is located close to the university's west entrance, approximately 5-7 minutes walking distance from the main conference venue. Cavendish Hall surrounds a lawn quadrangle and its own rose garden.

Linen and towels are provided in the rooms and free wifi access is available. Guests can also make use of the gym and a swimming pool at the university's sports centre. Cavendish Hall offers free on-site car parking facilities. English breakfast is also included in the price.
