Leadership should be a Life Style, rather than a method.

When leadership is a lifestyle, it not only involve our relationships at work But involves all of our relationships, everywhere.

As a lifestyle, leadership consists of life giving actions rather than teaching instructions or methods to get something done.

The life giving actions inspire people such that they are motivated to do what they need to do.

You don’t motivate people, but your life giving actions inspire them to do what must be done.

WHAT IS “LIFESTYLE LEADERSHIP”?

Training is learning of methods.

Motivation is vague as an initial step.

“Inspiration" means "to breathe life into".

So if a speaker can breathe life into me, then I can be motivated to do what I need to do.

So, I want to inspire in you a lifestyle of leadership, to be used anywhere you are and in anything you do. It's not a method. It's not a motivation. It's a “life giving action”

that will “put wind in your sails”.

The passenger plane’s twin engines were disabled after it struck a flock of Canada geese.

“I didn’t have time in those incredibly intense 208 seconds from when our airplane hit the birds until we landed in the Hudson River to learn what I needed to learn.

I had to have already learned it. I had to have invested the preparation, put in the hard work, and paid attention for decades – during thousands of hours of flying time.
