But what if there is a way to welcome the best of both worlds and maintain the intimate customer interactions community banks are known for? Enhanced customer call center capabilities integrated with video conferencing can help banks maintain face-to-face customer interactions – even when the majority of today’s transactional-based banking is moving to the cloud. This presentation will touch upon what to expect for the future of banking technology, including demos of what interactions may look like in the near future.
• Executive and Director Compensation Trends David R. Payne, Esq., Chief Operations Officer Bank Financial Services Group As 2008 and the turmoil in the banking industry subsides, what is happening to executive and board of director compensation? Knowing these trends is vital in retaining and attracting qualified executives and board members and staying up to date with the latest information.

Seventeen miles and 100 years down the road from Nashville is Franklin, a friendly town that captures the warmth and charm of old-fashioned southern hospitality and Civil War history. The Carter House is a National Historic Landmark and was the site of the Battle of Franklin during the Civil War. The 1830 home served as a command post and field hospital where 12 Confederate generals lost their lives. Carnton Plantation was completed in 1826 and served as a hospital during the Battle of Franklin, one of the bloodiest of the Civil War. 9,500 soldiers were killed, wounded, captured or missing as a result of the furious five-hour battle. The New York Times Best Seller, “A Window Of The South” was written about the mistress of the plantation, Carrie McGavock.
