•Under Marilyn's leadership, Geneseo won its first State University of New York Athletic Conference Commissioner's Cup for overall athletic program performance in the conference

•First NCAA Division III national championship in women's cross-country.

•In 2000, Marilyn received the NCAA Division III National Administrator of the Year Award from the National Association for Collegiate Women Administrators.

•Recipient of 2003 SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence
