General Information
Principle of operation
The radar sensor gauge is the best version of radar level gauge for marine tankers which has been made based on the longtime field experience & stopless research and development. It is designed solely for measuring the distance, level, volume
and reflectivity of liquids, pastes, slurries, and solids. Radar sensor can form part of an overfill protection system as defined
in WHG if ordered with the the appropriate options. Radar sensor is a level metter based upon FMCW radar. It is used for
measuring Level, Volume, distance to surface, reflectivity of liquids, pastes and slurries. Radar sensor is a newgeneration
level meter with a wizard-driven setup, fully-potted electronic subassemblies, an online help functions. Radar sensor gauge
safety module located in the cargo control room by means of the pressure and temp.
The radar sensor gauge is Radar Type level transmitter using a frequency
modulated continuous wave(FMCW) electromagnetic signal to measure the
distance between its antenna and the cargo tank content surface(ullage).
Frequency difference between transmitted and received wave is directly
proportional ullage. An adapted data processing is able to be calculated. The
micro wave signal issued from the antenna is directly processed, then we can
obtain the distance between antenna and liquid surface(ullage).

Ballast & Draft Level Gauging System BAL-2000 (Pure Pneumatic Type)
Principle of operationThe principle of operation is based on the measurement of the hydrostatic pressure by providing a constant low flow of air
or neutral gas into a probe which opens at the tank bottom.
The flow regulator is discharged through the purge mouth at the tank bottom and ensure a constant at the end of the
sounding pipe in the tank irrespective of the supply pressure.
Gauge saver is used for protecting the level indicator against over pressure.
The blowing valve in sued for isolation from other channel without any influence.
The air supply valve in used for sending the full air pressure through the signal line for cleaning purposes.
The output pressure of this constant flow regulator (Corresponding to the hydrostatic pressure at the bottom of the
sounding pipe) is connected to the level indicator.

Fixed Gas Monitoring & Alarm System BGAS-2000
Principle of operation
The fixed gas monitoring system(BGAS-2000) is and automatically scanning Gas sampling system permanent installed for a
number of sampling points. The BGAS-2000 are common for all sampling points, allowing the use of high quality gas
detectors with good accuracy. A gas monitoring is taken from each sampling point in turn, according to the sampling
sequence, and transported through the sampling pipe to the gas detectors. The sampling time for each points is individually
adjustable corresponding to the pipe length of each sampling point. This gives an optimally short cycle time.
The fixed gas monitoring system(BGAS-2000) is intended for detection of explosive and toxic gases in cofferdams, pipe

Temp Monitoring System
General Information
The TEMP-2000 has been specially developed in conformity with SOLAS 2000 Amendments Chap -2 Reg 4 amended
for protecting the cargo pump room in tanker.
It consists of temperature sensors, safety I.S barriers and temperature monitoring unit having digital display and alarm
status.
Cargo pumps, Ballast pumps and stripping pumps, installed in cargo pump rooms and driven by shift passing through
pump room bulkheads shall be fitted with temperature sensing devices for bulkhead shaft glands, bearings and pump
casings. The continuous and audible and visual alarm shall be automatically effected in the cargo control room or the pump
control room.

Dead Man Alarm System is designed to monitor bridge activity and alert the master or other qualified navigators if the bridge
becomes unattended.
The system first alerts the officer of the watch through local alarm indication at the bridge unit and, if he is not responding,
