If one pays heed to the way global economy has evolved, the transition is evident. The industry requirement has graduated from 'technical' to 'techno-commercial' to 'techno-commercial managers' and the experts opine that future belongs to 'techno-commercial managerial leaders'.
Well realizing the said fact and to do the deserved justice to the investment (monetary and time) by the pupils, MITCON has diligently crafted its flagship program: PDP.
Appreciating the dictum that no two humans are alike, we at MITCON not only work on pupil's developmental areas but also further nourish the strength areas.
PDP encompasses: The students being subjected to various scanners (including psychometric tests),identifying the ingrained traits (physical, mental, personality and behavioral), assessing the results through proven scientific methods, forming common interest groups, framing and imparting dedicated mentorship program; thus putting in perspective and practice 'what ought to be'.
When it comes to transforming the students to be 'corporate ready', seldom one can come across the employability program than MITCON's PDP.

I would say Mitcon is a place where you actually get ready to face competition. The best thing here is the friendly staff and Professors who are always there to help you out in every situation. You enter here as a raw material and comes out at a finished material, this is only because of the well trained staff. Every institute provides knowledge about subjects. However what I learned here is, Knowledge about Corporate etiquettes, Knowledge about Pharmaceutical Industry, Knowledge about handling tough situations in better way, Thus this has made me a perfect professional to face the corporate challenges. Here in Mitcon you get chance to showcase your extracurricular activities that help you to gain confidence. Here I got whatever I wanted to be & that is the reason I am proud to be Mitconian.
