How is your new mobile different - better than original?The hotel doesn’t have a mobile app and we create a new one, totally interactive and easy to use.

Why did you choose the specific elements to include - exclude?

Include

•Integrated reservation platform (not linked to booking.com platform)

•Put emphasis on contact info (connect with the customer)

•Colors adapted to the website’s: white, grey, pink

Did you feel you have successfully created an excellent mobile experience? Yes, why? No, what should be better?Yes. The mobile version is more attractive / intuitive for the tech

savvy customers.

Goes right to the point (content wise), and put emphasis on facilitate the guest to book a room one link away instead of searching it via OTA’s.
