10 Minute talk from the 2014 UX Australia design conference on Mobile first and user on-boarding. Trying to design a signup and on-boarding process for Booksy (app for local business owners like hairdressers or plumbers) we came to a realisation that the hardest part is not UI or usability, but motivation.
