Where to Next ????Where to Next ????

We need to ask ourselves, (as a Department) a few important questions…

• Is this data enough to warrant any changes?

• Do WE (as the teachers of the programme) have an opinion on the programme?

• If changes do happen, what are the possible implications and will this affect future data?

• What do we change, what do we change it to, and why should we change it?

Individualised DataIndividualised Data

This year, I have managed to separate the data for each individual teacher.

• This is to be used for Appraisal, Development of teaching particular units of work.

• It is very useful data, as it comes directly from YOUR students.

• Go through your data and compare it to the overall data.

• What data is positive, negative, and what are some things you could focus on for 2012 and beyond?
