Welding controls of our products are done by the responsible Technician and Welding Engineer of

welding laboratory. New welders are trained in our welding laboratory. Also, all welders are trained

periodically and all welders are audited by third party (TUV SUD) at certain periods.

Robot QRC 410 CLOOS

The robot mechanics QRH320/350/410 is a six-axis articulated arm

robot. The robot has a high base which was particularly developed

for floor mounting and is used in upright position.

The QRC410 is mounted on the shop floor or a base frame and in

upright position at a robot positioner. The QRC robot has a standard

wrist where welding torches, flame cutters and other working tools

with a weight of up to 15 kg can be mounted.

The integration of a changing tool on the wrist allows us to use

more processes with the robot.
