Step 1 – Pre-Enrolment(March for 1st Sem / October for 2nd Sem)

Class Scheduling by using Demand-Driven Approach(by Registry)

Release of Class Schedules to Teachers and Students(Late July for 1st Sem / Mid December for 2nd Sem)

Step 2 – Course Enrolment(One Week before Class Commencement)

Step 3 – Course Add/Drop(8 Working Days starting from the 1st Day of Classes)

All courses (CM, GE, RE/MI, DE and FE) are assigned by the system according to the following priority:

Year Level: Year 4 → Year 3 → Year 2 → Year 1

Course Type: CM → GE → RE/MI → DE → FE

Randomly assigned if all the above criteria are the same

The scheduling priority for the retake courses will be the lowest.
