Summary Target & Group and Prerequisites:
The SupplyOn Document Management System is a supplier management system that allows to exchange documents betweenthe buyer and supplier. Bevore release 2015-A the communication between buyer and supplier was unidirectional with smallbidirectional features.
With release SRM 2015-A SupplyOn will widely enhance the bidirectional process range of the Document Management System with two new supplier driven processes.
New Functionality:
Supplier document process
Supplier are enabled to send documents based on a template. The template is like usual Buyer templates being cerated by theSupplyOn Consulting team. The document can be send from the supplier to the customer and is shown on a new supplier„outbox“ tab. The byuer by now only receives the document directly via backend interface.
Supplier request process
Supplier are enabled to send document requests based on a template. The template is like usual Buyer templates being ceratedby the SupplyOn Consulting team. The document (request) can be send from the supplier to the customer and is shown on a new supplier „outbox“ tab. If the document is a request, incoming documents from the buyer as answer to this request aremarked in the „outbox“. An automatic relationship (context) is being created between request and document based of a „ContextID“ in both documents. The buyer by now only receives the document directly via backend interface, answers can also only besent via the backend interface.
