• To be located on south side of Brookford

• Shouldn’t disturb street – except for crossings at OLPH and Island Avenue

• Traffic maintained• Will work with committee to minimize disruption

New Relief SewersNew Relief Sewers

• From River Road, Midland or Hemlock down River Road to Brookford

• New water line will be installed at same time• Should help resolve water pressure problems

• Preferred sewer location is in east lane of River Road

• On Beverly from Brookford to Medford

• Both relief sewer lines should help reduce basement flooding in area

• Traffic control

• Underground – with electrical panel(s) above ground

• Will pump waste from Beverly sewer to new EQ basin
