    The Scene Newspaper is a monthly arts and entertainment newspaperpublished in five Wisconsin communities on the first of each month. Readerscan pick up a copy at more than 1,350 locations with a voluntary single copyrate of 75.

    The markets include: Appleton-Fox Cities, Greater Green Bay, GreaterOshkosh, Greater Fond du Lac, and Central Wisconsin. Advertisers have theoption of choosing as many markets as they want, from one to as many asfive, depending on the audience they want to reach.

    Each publication is editorially unique to each individual market. Editors ineach market work with freelance writers to ensure the content is written for

    the area it serves.

In the event payment is not made, the buyer also agrees to pay a Finance Chargeof 1.5% per month (16% per annum) until the full balance of the account is paid and to pay all collection costs incurred by the seller in enforcement of the terms and conditions of thisagreement, including court costs, actual reasonable attorneys fees and collection agency fees.
