Méthodologie

- Pour cette étude, j'ai analysé la totalité des informations publiées sur les comptes officiels de Dior et de 6 autres grandes marques de luxe : Chanel, Hermès, Gucci, Prada, Givenchy et Louis Vuitton.

-Cette étude a pour but d'étudier la présence et la stratégie de ces différentes marques sur quatre réseaux sociaux : Facebook, Instagram, Twitter et LinkedIn.

- La période d'analyse est d'une semaine, du 04 février au 10 février 2017.

- Des éléments comme le nombre de likes, de followers, d'abonnés, de partages ou de commentaires ont pu évoluer entre temps.
