Incoming Call Popup from an unknown Number ?
Create Contact, Account, Lead or Support case from incoming call popup directly
Populate details about the Lead.
Click any Number from Detail View.
an Outgoing Call is placed (with popup)
Click on Name (or account), in the popup.
That particular record will open
For known callers, Note the change in Options Menu.
Schedule a Call Back from inside the Popup.
Edit and complete details for call back
Call back entry as shown in Activities as “Planned” Call
Click on Transfer Button, to transfer to any extension on Asterisk.
or Any External Number
Write Comments in any incoming or outgoing call.
Comment is saved as Subject of that call.
