This Reunion Outreach & Planning Guide was produced for the University of Pennsylvania’s Development & Alumni Relations department. The client was in need of a robust book and well designed promotional guide that incorporates years of ideas, suggestions and best practices to ensure the success of two of the largest alumni events: Homecoming and Alumni Weekend. To bring the vision to life and ensure reader usability, the publication is designed as a traditional notebook with sections and tabs. Nouveau Concepts continued the “Back to School” theme throughout the guide to evoke a sense of nostalgia and familiarity amongst the diverse group of alumni .
