Phase B - Fine Arts Addition

• MEP/Fire Alarm/Fire Sprinkler trades continue to work on rough-in and light fixtures.

• Ductwork insulation in progress.

• Continue framing for Demo Kitchen, in-wall insulation and started drywall on the 1st floor.

• Continue with curtain wall installation; currently working on pressure plates for cw frames.

• Completed steel stair installation.

• Poured the concrete topping on 2nd floor and stair treads and landings.

• Installed scaffold for brick installation.

Phase B - Bleachers & Squad Rooms

• Dant Clayton continue working on visitor bleachers ramps and stairs.

• JWI mobilized back to DGS and will be starting the installation of risers/treads for bleachers.

Phase C - Auditorium

• Completed removal/salvage of auditorium light fixtures and delivered them to DGN.

• Continued working on gas piping relocation in band hallway through ceramics room.

• Continued abatement of existing areas in preparation for new Phase C work. GBTA has beensupervising and monitoring work onsite.

• Continued working on Fire Alarm & Fire Sprinkler work to retrofit existing areas. Completed thenew Fire Department Connection.

• Started investigation of existing piping in Auditorium in preparation for selective demolition.

• Moved all remaining items in auditorium to storage trailer in preparation for demolition.

Phase C - Learning Commons

• Compass continued layout of gridlines for the commons.

• Kane County Excavating mobilized to the site and started excavation for site utilities and newfoundations.

• Werner Nugent currently working on new underground sanitary line in new commons.

Phase B - Gym, Kitchen, Alley, Multipurpose,and Gymnastics Loft Addition

360° Pictures: Main Gym Kitchen Multi-Purpose Room Gymnastics Room

• Overhead MEP rough in continues throughout the upper & lower levels as well as the gym area.

• Roofing is progressing and scheduled to be complete this week.

• Interior masonry walls continue to progress throughout kitchen/ servery area.

• Cold form metal framing in alley and 2nd floor rooms is near completion. Received drywalldelivery for 2nd floor.

• Re-routed dual temp piping in basement that was in conflict with stair landing leaving the gymarea.

• Continue to make punch throughs for windows in alley as well as 1st floor opening from southcorridor into alley.

• Cooler/ Freezers have been field measured and are slated for install in a few weeks.

Phase B - Bleachers & Squad Rooms

• Home bleachers - Geo-piers have been completed and passed load test. Began excavating andpouring bleacher structure foundations.

• Visitor Bleacher – Excavating and pouring for bleacher additions.

Phase C - Cafeteria, Culinary Arts, Commons,and Southeast Addition

• Continuing environmental abatement for spring break work and also completing abatementpreviously scheduled for summer.

• Working on installing duct runs in classrooms on 3rd floor.

• Continue to work on logistics plan with school on potential areas that could be worked on whileschool is closed.
