Welcome to HF-L Cross Country!
Practice Times
Every weekday after school (Mon-Fri) unless we have a meet
Be ready to go at 2:30 Finished by 3:50 Parents should arrive no later than
4:00 Late bus
Practice Locations
Middle School field (behind tech room)
Middle School gym (if weather is bad)
Will travel once or twice a week to Mendon Ponds, Semmel Rd, etc.
A bus will always be provided for practices off-campus
Will have a few pool workouts at the high school
What to bring to practice
Waterbottle Running shoes Appropriate clothing
Warm weather Cold weather Rainy weather
A positive attitude Watch (optional)
What does a typical practice look like?
