1. Write a letter to your building principal expressing your thoughts about “caring” in schools. What can you recommend based on your experience.

2. Write a proposal to your Superintendent outlining a plan to establish a more caring school community using content from your articles

3. Compose a letter to parents/guardians in which you introduce yourself as their child’s principal and express your vision for the kind of education you hope to provide in your school.
