Zillow Tutorial Getting FSBO contact information for FREE!
1) Go to www.Zillow.com
2) Enter your market area in the search box and click the green search button.
3) A map will display with ALL homes that are for sale.
4) Click on the ‘Listing Type’ button and uncheck everything except ‘For Sale by Owner’ and ‘Make Me Move.’
5) The map will be updated to only display the properties you want to contact. (They are not currently listed with
an agent.)
6) The column on the right hand side of the page will show a brief overview of the homes that match your search.
Click on any property to see more details as well as the contact information of the property owner.
