These mobile wellness miracle machines are characterised by their excel-

lent weather resistance, thermal insulation and light weight. The outer

casings are made from ‘LeatherTex’ – a material which lends a leather

look to the traditional hot tub elegance. The inner basins are made from

Polybond – a high-insulating foam material which offers both first-rate

Softubs are especially renowned for setting standards in energy efficiency

and quiet running volumes. The portable spas work with environmen-

With regular use, Softub can bring more vitality into your life.

The warm water massage encourages blood circulation and can activate the

body’s own natural healing powers. Massage doesn’t just relieve tension – it

also helps in the recovery process for stressed body parts. A Softub bath

helps to release endorphins, naturally reduces pain, and encourages

feelings of happiness.

The heat increases the body temperature, allowing blood vessels to expand

and so absorb more oxygen. More generally, sessions help to keep the

skin’s blood vessels and the connective tissues elastic and healthy. Particu-

lar physical advantages to submerging the body in water are highlighted

when total body weight is reduced by approximately 30%. The apparent

weightlessness can also be used as treatment against chronic and rheumatic

diseases alleviating pressure on joints and soothing sort muscles.

Metabolism can be stimulated and can improve general health.

WHISPER-TECHNOLOGY

A Whisper motor works in a totally different way from

previous models: it optimises running and re-use of

generated heat. This virtually silent motor keeps ener-

gy consumption to a minimum. Softub Hot Tubs are

really the quietest in the world!

SMARTCHIP

Intelligent technology: with the Smartchip, Softub

hot tubs overcome any issues which might arise

from network-associated voltage fluctuations. If the

chip registers a surge, all electronic components wi-

thin the hot tub get automatically switched off. This

protects the equipment from all the risks associated

with power failure.

HYDROMATE

The ‘Hydromate’ a pod that contains the units pump,

motor and heating system. Thanks to the clever

arrangement of these technical components, Softubs

water can also be heated by the motor’s excess heat.

This environmentally-friendly process reduces power

consumption to about 1 k/h – less than a microwave

needs to heat a meal.

OzONATOR

The Softubs Ozonator filters the pool water automa-

tically twice every day. Oxidation occurs from the

filtration. The resultant water isn’t just hygienically

clean – it’s crystal clear. The need to add chemicals

is greatly reduced and general maintenance mini-

mised. A replaceable cartridge filter further adds to

each Softubs standards of cleanliness

Even when not in use, your Softub will stay secure

and energy-efficient. A special cover protects the

unused hot tub from detritus and pollution. The

cover’s excellent thermal insulation also prevents

heat and fluid loss: the water temperature will only

decrease slightly, and any condensation will go

straight back into the pool.

SECURITY SEAL

To prevent unauthorised usage, Softub have develo-

ped a system with four locking points: when not

in use, strong straps with safety clips will keep the

pool closed. It can then also be locked with a custo-

misable code.

Underwater LED’s are integrated into the Softub allowing

you to create an atmosphere that suit your requirements:

whether you choose a warm orange, a nautical blue, a vi-

talising green or a stimulating gradient, Softub LED Ligh-

ting offers the individual lighting to suit any mood.

CONTROL PANEL

The simplistic control panel allows you to set the wa-

ter temperature, jet intensity and light effects. With a

water-tight and user-friendly control panel, all of the

hot tub’s functions can be very simply turned both on

or off.

HYDROJETS

Hydrojets are specialised massage jets, activated on

the control panel by a separate switch, allowing

you to precisely define the intensity of the massage

and the body part which you wish to target. This

guarantees you a massage which is exactly tailored to

your individual massage needs.

POLYBOND®

The interior of Softub is made from Polybond. Originally

developed for furnishing space capsules, the material is cha-

racterised by its excellent thermal insulation and low weight.

Polybond also offers great structural stability but still remains

soft – offering comfortable sitting and lying-down positions

across the hot tub.

LEATHERTEX®

The outer casing of Softub is made from LeatherTex – a mate-

rial sourced from premium yacht construction and so noted for

its great durability and weather resistance. It easily withstands

UV radiation, heat and long periods of frost. The elegant lea-

ther look also adds a touch of style to any room or garden.

1. LOCATION

Your Softub will be safely delivered to you, and rolled

directly to your favourite place.

2. CONSTRUCTION

When the pool and Hydromat are in the desired loca-

tion, the two sections are placed together and joined.

3. STARTING UP

Connect to a standard household socket, secure the

thermal lid to prevent against contamination/un-

authorised access during the warm-up period.

Softub was founded in 1981 by Tom Thornbury in

Los Angeles, California. Production of Softub hot

tubs is done exclusively in the US (with factories in

California and Massachusetts), with all finished pro-

ducts subjected to strict international quality controls.

CE & TÜv/GS

After successfully passing all relevant EU standards

compliance tests, exported Softub hot tubs (240

volt, 50 Hz) have been awarded a CE certificate. The

spas have also been awarded an ANSI/NSPI-6 1999

rating: the ‘American National Standard for Portable

Spas’. The Softub exhaust system is also ANSI/APSP-

7 compliant. The entire system is, of course, also

fully TÜV/GS-tested – your guarantee for maximum

safety.
