paypal balance reconcilement tutorial
Reconcilement Responsibility
The WFFC Website Committee is responsible for reconciling any differences
between the club's server-database-resident PayPal transaction activity and the
the club's account balance as reported by PayPal. This requires daily monitoring,
which is performed by Website Committee member, Dick Brening.
Balance Reconcilement Screen
The following summary totals of (untransferred to club checking account) PayPal
activity appears at the bottom of the paypal balance reconcilement screen:

The PayPal record of the club's account balance appears in their (History/Basic
Search) report:
membership application entry tutorial
The 1st VP Membership enters membership applications, which create an
applicant record in the online database. Once the applicant has been voted
into membership, information from the online applicant record is used to
create an online membership record. The membership application entry
screen looks like this:

The 1st VP membership also enters each date that an applicant's status(Interviewed, Voted In, Inducted) changes as the applicant progresses through theprocess. The applicants in process screen displays this information as follows:
