EARTHWORK, FOUNDATION AND UTIL ITY PROJECTS

We have remarkable references and more than 15 years experiences in extremely big

earthwork technological processes as general contractor.

During the execution and the organization of the projects our aim is to reach the highest

quality level of technical execution with the admissible efficiency. Therefore we continuously make

effort not to move the materials barycentre more than is needed and to handle them separately.

Our company can provide the necessary machines from its own equipment fleet for the

constructions, depending on the task volume and type. In need of materials we also deal with

mining activities in our operation for gravels, filler material, and sand. Our material transport and

work-in capacity can reach a 20000 m3 in a work shift (12 hours).

EARTHWORK, FOUNDATION AND UTIL ITY PROJECTS

In our projects we do fieldwork, cuts, benches, refilling and attached levelling, we make

slopes and transport materials in or out of the site if necessary.

In the course of execution, we keep the expectations according to the plan with measure-

ment of geodetic distance, levels, test drilling and boring. We continuously monitoring the quality,

do the required soil mechanical exams and measurements. When the filling thickness requires we

do the consolidation measures as well.

By city constructions we can do customary under surface digging at various depth, area

and organization. We do slab, dig under extant buildings, and do earthwork between objects even

we have to take account of every movement.

Certainly during our projects we are capable to do all the related jobs such as: utility, foun-

dation, drainage systems, down piping, placing culvert aqueducts, construct bridges, tunnels, and

seeding, planting and filter crops as well.

HIGHWAY CONSTRUCTION

We have references of much different kind of road constructions. We have done projects

on outer and municipal area roads building with different characters, different volumes and differ-

ent layer systems (asphalt, basalt fitting, paving blocks). Our equipment fleet, technical and man-

power capacities makes us capable to do general work, foundation-utility and deep structure work,

big volume of earthwork and to build complete flexible/solid pavement workmanlike.

Our jobs were: new built roads, new junctions while the road is in service, enlargement

– extension works, highway deep structure work, public procurement procedure for road building

and dewatering draining of water, also shopping and logistics centres combination depot pave-

ment construction with the adequate layer as the bearing force requirements.

ROAD CONSTRUCTION IN CIT IES

During the road construction after the crop opening we do the refills and cuts as the foun-

dation requires and if there is a need we change the ground material.

We make the protective layer according to the definite project plan either with ballast bed,

gravel, crashed concrete or CKT and we outwork it by finisher, manpower or machine.

We make professional asphalt pavement with hand or machinery outwork for new roads,

junctions, and roundabouts or their expansions and intersections. We construct asphalt pavement

blocks with different slopes position and footpath with curb stones for pedestrians with joint hard

shoulders.

BASALT BETON PAVEMENT ANDHIGH LOAD BEARING CAPACITY PAVEMENT

Special requirements such as high load bearing capacity, abrasion resistance, and dura-

bility we are able to make solid pavement concrete, basalt concrete overlay, both reinforced or

none reinforced, with complete dilatation as desired. To construct pavement blocks we have trap-

ezoid cross section blade damper system with different thickness, rough or polished.

When we make pavement blocks we pay attention to aesthetic and optical surface as well.

When there is certain design at the layout of the pavement–colour and/or shape- we put down the

blocks by hand, in the parking areas of shopping centres, otherwise we use machinery.

We are able to make ashlars as part of the general project or even separately, kerbstone

from natural material such as basalt or granite as needed.

During our projects we are capable to do the additional work also, like water drainage

tasks, open ditch or closed drainage system and together with its bridges and tunnels, utility, flood

control, acoustical control and dust control, tree planting, filter crop and slope stabilization by
