The Annual Awards Gala Dinner is the ‘night of nights’ for the PRDnationwide Group. It is a celebration which

shines the spotlight on people and offices who are top performers in our network. It is the one night of the year

where we come together to acknowledge, celebrate and promote the achievements of the individuals and PRD

offices who continue to strive for success.

Recognition Period:

Awards recognise performance for the period 1 January – 31 December, 2018.

Annual Awards Gala Dinner Event:

Awards will be presented during the annual event held on Saturday 6 April, 2019.

Annual Awards Criteria – Individuals

Colliers International CollaborationThis award goes to the individual who displays a strong referral partnership between PRDnationwide and

Colliers International. This can be showcased through referrals for the calendar year that emphasises

collaboration, building and strengthening of relationships that are beneficial to both PRDnationwide and

Colliers International.

Property Manager of the YearThis award recognises excellence in Property Management to an individual. The individual does not need to

have the most significant volume or value, but can provide evidence of management achievement and

outstanding service to tenants and lessors.

Outstanding Support Service Person of the YearAwarded to an individual who has demonstrated exceptional service, and has been recognised by their

peers, their customers and their management on a consistent basis. The application of service includes a

genuine passion for the business, the capacity to manage enquiries and excellent communication skills. The

recipient of this award is not a salesperson and has completed a minimum of two years of service. Evidence

and recognition of the demonstration of outstanding service should be provided in the form of testimonials.

Neville Wilson Rookie of the YearNeville Wilson was one of the first PRDnationwide Principals, and also one of the greatest PRDnationwide

ambassadors. He was a courageous and inspiring leader and mentor. He demonstrated great fortitude and

vision; and he knew the importance of power and having goals. This award honours Neville’s contribution to

the group and is awarded to an individual who is new to real estate sales (under two years’ service); who

has demonstrated commitment, determination, loyalty, and above all, outstanding sales results.

John HarveyThis award is named in honour of the founder and inaugural chairman of Nationwide Realty, John Harvey,

and the PRD founding brothers, Archie and Gordon Douglas. This award is presented to a valued member

of the group, recognising their outstanding contributions and service to PRDnationwide and the real estate

industry.

Douglas Hall of FameThe recipient(s) of this award must have completed 10 years of continuous service to PRDnationwide and

have displayed tremendous loyalty, exceptional results on a consistent basis and have contributed to the

growth and success of the group.

Annual Awards Criteria – Individuals

PlatinumAwarded to sales individuals who have reached the sales target of $650,000 and over Gross

Commissions or 100 transactions for the calendar year. All Platinum and Diamond winners will be

awarded:

• $350 Smarter Marketing voucher.

• 1 complimentary (PRDnationwide organised) training session of their choice.

DiamondAwarded when the individual has reached Platinum level for the second consecutive year. The

winners of this category will be awarded the prizes as listed under the Platinum category.

High AltitudeAwarded to an individual who has reached in excess of one million dollars in Gross Commissions for

the calendar year. Each award winner will receive:

• $400 Smarter Marketing voucher.

• 1 complimentary (PRDnationwide organised) training session of their choice.

Team 400Team 400 recognises high performing salespeople who are on target for settled commissions of over

$400,000 for the calendar year. An exclusive invitation will be sent directly to these exceptional sales

performers to attend a PRDnationwide organised training and recognition event.

Longevity• Ten years of continued service.

• Fifteen years of continued service.

• Twenty years of continued service.

• Twenty five years of continued service.

Top TransactionThis award goes to an individual who has generated the highest number of sales transactions for the

calendar year period.

Top 10 SalespeopleThe top ten Salespeople are those that have generated the highest gross commissions for the

calendar year.

Top 5 PrincipalsThe top five Principals are the active selling owners of an office that have generated the highest gross

commissions for the calendar year.

Annual Awards Criteria – Offices

Property Management Team of the YearThe recipients of this award are a Property Management Team who have demonstrated the greatest nett

organic growth in the number of properties under management for the calendar year. You will be required to

submit the figures showing the number of properties under management at 1 January and the number of

properties at 31 December, excluding any properties that have been purchased during the calendar year

period.

Most Outstanding PRDnationwide Franchise OfficeThe Most Outstanding Franchise Office Award is the PRDnationwide office that focuses on the highest level

of real estate professionalism. The culture of the office radiates a strong work ethic, great customer service

and a supportive team spirit. This PRDnationwide office is known by its customers for a high level of service

a is demonstrated through the testimonials and loyal clientele.

Most Improved PRDnationwide Franchise OfficeThe PRDnationwide office to receive this award must have demonstrated an improvement in all areas of the

business including an increase of its sales performance, growth in the business and successfully

implemented the Sell Smarter brand message.

Innovation AwardThe office to receive this award must have introduced a new system, service or product which has made a

significant impact and would be regarded as above and beyond good business practice. Innovations can

include progressing and enhancing existing systems, services or products to produce an innovative

approach that is unique to the marketplace. Innovations can be within the marketing, technology or

research areas.

5 Star OfficeThis award category recognises excellence within a PRDnationwide office and must meet the following

criteria:

1. Brand compliant in accordance with the latest PRDnationwide Brand Guidelines in all areas of branding

including, but not restricted to Smarter Marketing, office signage, advertising templates and collateral as

well as corporate uniforms.

2. Using and embracing a PRDnationwide approved CRM system within their business.

3. Use and continually embrace the PRDnationwide Research resources.

4. Ensure regular attendance at PRDnationwide facilitated training events by its staff. In addition, as a

minimum, attendance is required by the Franchisee at the Annual Awards Gala Dinner, Zone Meetings

and Principal’s Forums.

5. Embrace and work to a business and financial plan each financial year.

6. Receive regular testimonials from clients in relation to excellent and effective service experiences.

7. Consistently collaborated with other offices and been involved in marketing initiatives and sales

activities.

8. The 5 Star Office criteria will only apply to offices that have been opened for a period of three years or

more.

All offices awarded in this category will receive:

• A 5 Star Accreditation plaque.

• $500 Smarter Marketing voucher.

• $500 towards travel costs to attend the next Principal’s Forum.

• $500 towards travel costs to attend the next Annual Awards Gala Dinner.

Top TransactionThis award goes to the office that has generated the highest number of sales transactions during the

calendar year period.

Top 10 OfficesThe Top Ten PRDnationwide offices are those that have generated the highest gross commission for

the calendar year period.

Half Yearly Awards

Longevity (5 Years)Longevity Awards for five years of continued employment are awarded to staff on a half yearly basis. A

submission in writing must be made by the PRDnationwide Principal to [email protected].

General

1. Applications for the Annual Awards categories close 8 February, 2019.

2. Applications received after 8 February 2019 will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Salesperson Award nominations must be an individual.

4. All prize money quoted is GST inclusive.

5. Prizes will not be transferred to the following year and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. If no submissions are received for an award category or submissions that are received are not

deemed suitable, no award will be granted.

7. All longevity recipients must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

8. PRDnationwide reserves its right to withhold the production and presentation of office and

salespersons awards if franchise fees for the previous calendar year are outstanding at 1 February

in the current year.

5 Star Office

1. PRDnationwide reserves the right to withdraw the 5 Star Accreditation from an office if any of the

criteria is not consistently complied with.

2. 5 Star Accreditation applies from 1 January to 31 December, with recognition announced at the

Annual Awards Gala Dinner.

3. An office will only receive 5 Star Accreditation benefits in their first year of qualification.

• PRDnationwide will provide all Principals and sales staff with 1,000 business cards each.

• Travel arrangements will be booked by the office, and will be applied as a credit to the office, upon

receipt of costs incurred.

• Travel costs are not redeemable for cash.

• Travel costs (valid up to $500 including GST) to attend the Annual Awards Gala Dinner will only

apply for the following year, after recognition and receipt of the 5 Star Accreditation.

Longevity Awards

1. To qualify for longevity awards, each staff member is to be registered or set up as a user in PRD

Pathway (MyDesktop).
