During these two days, we create a colorful embroidered bridge

which connects body and spirit.

We transform ourselves; we focus on the happy side of life,

and experimentally enrich our culture. Improvisation - Expression - Therapeutic approach.

Saturday 14: 1st The Spirit of the Golden Crete 10.00-12.00

awakens and unites a forgotten side of the Wild Love of your Nature. Form the Matrix of Mother Crete, Tilasa brings a spiritual gift for each of you.

This gift will be spread on your body + aura, like a spiritual crustal shower. A wonderful Ritual – an initiation that creates a NEW Golden Path in to your System.

Tilasa’ s touch, opens a way from your heart to your Base to grow a NEW ROOT A Great Energetic RIVER of Abundance, that will empower the Creation and Creativity in your daily life.

2nd CRETAN DANCE for beginners 14.00-17.00

feel the WISDOM of CRETAN TRADITION. Traditional Dancing empowers the Potentials of your body + the Values of your soul.

A therapeutic artistic & traditional tool for the internal balance and the better quality of your life.

You will learn : Syrto, Sousta, Sigano, Maleviziotis or Anogianos Pidichtos and Zorbas dance. (for more, it depends from the time and the group)

Sunday 15: 3nd CRETAN DANCE for dancers + dance-teachers 10.00-13.00

expression-improvisation Traditional Dancing empowers the Values of body + soul. Tilasa Digeni, through Cretan dance steps, awakens the primal power of dance which can act therapeutically,

when used in a targeted manner. The dancer focus and hearken the deep internal state of his body that now desires to express itself. Throughout movement she/he improvising and expresses

his/her fulfilled or unfulfilled passions. Is this possible to happen? How?

4nd BODY INTELLIGENCE and how it reacts in our daily life 14.30-18.30

I Know my Value - empowering my abundance 7 BASIC BODY ZONES– like the rainbow colors.

Each of it encompasses its own strength, intelligence and wisdom. The man who desires to deepen in himself must be aware of the dynamics of his own body,

and be able to interpret every warning –pain or internal situation. In a few words, to perceive the psychophysical language.

Living his life this way, nothing moves random. We learn to prevent very difficult situations. This seminar is highly recommended for children, especially during the transitional period of adolescence.
