Step1,removetheinterior,onsomeMiatastheseatbeltreelmustberemovedandwiringdisconnectedduringthisstepaswell.Makeabigpileofpartsbehindthecar,don’tforgettoremovebothrearwheelsandaddthemtothepile.

Step2,putthebarinthecar,carefullypositionitandmarkalloftheholes.Removethebar(you’llgetusedtoputtingthebarinandtakingitout),pilotdrilltheholes&thendrillto3/8”diameter.Don’tforgettobehappyinyourwork&smile…oristhatagrimace?Nomatter,justgetitdone.Step3,finally,boltthebarbackinthecar,spraysomerustproofingontheexposednewnutsunderthecar,reconnectthewiringandreplacetheinterior.Oh,don’tforgettorunthewiresBEFOREboltingthebarinthecarsothatthey’llhaveenoughslacktobereconnected(don’taskhowweknowthis).Puttheseats&consolebackin.Step4,trimtherearshelfcarpetandplasticpanelstofitaroundthenewrollbar&installthose.
