Curriculum Updates:

Before Spring Break, we spent time learning about the Easter Story and how special a

time it is for followers of Jesus. Students retold the story using resurrection eggs and

through their movie production. Students inquired into chickens and how they protect

and care for their eggs. Students then decorated a variety of eggs. They also

participated in an Easter Egg hunt in our outdoor learning space. This month students

will continue to practice their social skills, problem solving skills, inquiring about their

interests, and working on their fine/gross motor skills.

Family Night

We will not be having a Family Night this month. Our next scheduled get together will

be in May to celebrate Mother’s Day. Date to be determined after we discuss with the

children what they would like to do for their mother or any mother figure!

Demonstration of Learning

We would like to thank all the families that were able to visit the classroom for

Demonstration of Learning! We were very proud of all the children for their

accomplishments, growth and curiosity to explore new things and lead their learning.

We appreciate your involvement in their learning journey.
