Pool Heat Exchanger - A durable industrial grade cupro-nickel heat exchanger

design provides effective heat transfer. The pool water flows through a series of cupro-nickel

tubes. Surrounding the tubes is a chamber filled with

heated water from the boiler. This simple design keeps the

pool water separate from the heat source while allowing for complete and

highly efficient heat transfer.

THE AQUAS POOL PACKAGE DELIVERS GREATER HEAT TRANSFER

In addition, this innovative design allows for increased overall thermal transfer exceeding the input rate of the boiler.

A 1,500,000 Btu/hr pool package can match the heating power of a 2,000,000 Btu/hr direct fired pool heater.

This design delivers a higher "Thermal Duty Rating" and reduces the amount of fuel burned to generate comfortable

pool temperatures.

return water temperature from a pool makes

AQUAS offers multiple venting options and tremendous

flexibility for placement of units within the building,

because it permits direct-vent air intake and exhaust

runs up to 100 equivalent feet using either PVC, CPVC,

Polypropylene or AL29-4C stainless steel vent pipe.

Intake and exhaust runs can terminate horizontally

through a sidewall or vertically through the roof.

The AQUAS is an innovative pool package that begins with the most

advanced boilers in the industry today. The AQUAS boiler is a high

efficiency, condensing boiler perfectly suited for the low water

temperatures typical of pool heating. The following are some of the

exciting features you get with the advanced boiler design.

Negative Regulation TechnologyNegative Regulation or Neg/Reg technology is a unique combination of combustion air blower and dedicated gas valve

that work together to deliver a precise mixture of gas and air to the burner. With Neg/Reg, the gas/air mixture remains

perfectly balanced for clean combustion throughout the modulating input range with supply gas pressures as low as 4

inches water column..

“Fail-Safe” Direct-Spark IgnitionWith each call for heat, two electrodes will ignite the gas/air mixture and a third electrode

will monitor the flame signal. The SMART SYSTEM and SMART TOUCH control programs

will lock out if ignition does not occur and provide you with an immediate alarm signal.

Two-in-One Stainless Steel Heat ExchangerThe stainless steel heat exchanger inside the boiler is divided into two section inside a

fully welded stainless steel body. The primary section absorbs a majority of heat from the

burner flame while the secondary section absorbs additional heat from condensing flue

gases to deliver the industry’s highest thermal transfer.

Fully Modulating Burner Modulation is an important combustion feature that is long overdue in the

pool industry. Why fire the appliance at 100% input in short bursts to heat

the pool water? With a modulating burner, the boiler will tune in the input rate

to exactly match the Btu/hr losses in the pool water. The burner will then “cruise”

along comfortably, heating the pool water in long, low input burn cycles that dramatically increase

the overall life of the boiler.

Direct Vent with PVCReduce your installation cost, save time and effort by installing the

AQUAS pool package with PVC pipe. The AQUAS pool package offers a

variety of vent designs in your choice of PVC, CPVC, Polypropylene or

Stainless Steel vent material. What’s more, you can Direct Vent the

AQUAS. By drawing the combustion air into the appliance with a

dedicated intake pipe, the AQUAS is protected from corrosive pool

chemicals that could damage the combustion system.
