• Project will make several traffic improvements within the j pCity:

• Realign La Novia with 5 Freeway on and off ramps

• Install a traffic signal at La Novia and Calle Arroyo

• Intersection  widening  and signal improvements at Valle Road and San Juan Creek Road: Improvements will help remedyand San Juan Creek Road:  Improvements will  help remedy  issues of congestion.

• Payment of Capistrano Circulation Fees Program (approximately $2.5m)
