1. Army Recruitment Rally will be held for eligible candidates of districts Agra, Mathura,Hathras, Kasganj, Aligarh & Firozabad from 22 February 2020 to 15 March 2020 at EagleGround, Mathura Cantt, Near Veterinary College-281001. Online registration is mandatoryand will be open from 02 January 2020 to 15 February 2020. Admit cards for the rally will besent through registered e-mail between 16 February 2020 to 21 February 2020. Candidatesshould reach the venue on given date & time as mentioned in Admit Card.

2. Candidates will be screened for following categories and as per QualitativeRequirements mentioned below (mention only the categories being screened in thenotification).

Medical Test(a) As per laid down medical standards at the Rally Site.(b) Unfit candidates will be referred to MH/CH/BH for specialist review. Candidates referredfor specialist review should present themselves to the nominated MH/CH/BH within 14 days ofthe referral and report back to ARO for issue of Admit Card for CEE, in case declared FIT.

Written Test through Common Entrance Examination (CEE)

(a) Will be conducted for medically fit candidates at nominated venue location date and timeof written test will be intimated at rally site and through Admit Cards.

(b) Admit card for the CEE for the Rally Fit candidates will be issued at Rally Site itself.

(c) Admit card for the CEE for the Review Fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by concerned specialist / specialists at MH / CH / BH.

4. Candidates are required to bring following documents / certificates in original with twoattested photocopies with them to the rally site:-

(a) Admit Card. Printed with Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink thesize).

(b) Photograph . Twenty copies of unattested passport size colour photographsdeveloped on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than threemonths old. Computer printouts / photo shopped photographs will NOT be accepted.

(c) Education Certificates .

(i) Education Certificate with Marks sheet in original of all educationalqualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric / Intermediate / Graduation etcfrom recognised School / College / Board / University.

(ii) Provisional / online education certificate should be certified ink signed bythe head of the educational institution of concerned Board / University.

(iii) Candidates with matric certificate from Open School should bring SchoolLeaving Certificate countersigned by BEO / DEO.

(d) Domicile Certificate . Domicile Certificate with photograph issued byTehsildar/District Magistrate.

(e) Caste Certificate. Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidateissued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate.

(f) Religion Certificate . Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/SDM(if religion as “SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).

(g) School Character Certificate . School Character Certificate issued by theSchool/College Principal/Head Master, where the candidates last studied.

(h) Character Certificate . Character Certificate with photograph issued byVillage Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months.

(j) Unmarried Certificate. Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months.

(k) Relationship Certificate. SOS / SOEX / SOW / SOWW candidates arerequired to produce the following documents:-

(i) Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office, duly signedby Record Officer with personal Number, Rank Name and particulars of theRecord Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal / stamp isendorsed.

(ii) A declaration to the effect as mentioned in the Affidavit on Ten RupeesNon-Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the exservicemen duly signed by 1st Class /Executive / Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rallysite. Format of affidavit attach as per Appendix ‘A’.

(iii) Original Discharge Book of Ex-Serviceman also to be produced. Name anddate of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.

(l) NCC Certificate. NCC A / B / C certificates and Republic Day Parade certificateshould have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority.Provisional NCC A / B / C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated byconcerned NCC Group Commanders.

(m) Sports Certificate .

(i) Sportsmen who have represented India at International level and State atNational level within the last two years. For list of sports under which,relaxation in physical standards is admissible, attention is invited towww.joinindianarmy.nic.in website.

(ii) Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University teamor regional team at District level with 1st /2nd position within last two years. Sportscertificates should be with registration number and from govt recognized sportsinstitutes / bodies as under:-

(aa) All Sr/Jr National Championshipcertificates

- Respective National Federation

(ab) All State & Dist level certificates - Respective State Sports Association

(ac) All University level certificate - Inter University Sports Board

(ad) All School level certificates - All India School Games Federation

(n) Affidavit. Duly signed by candidate on Rs 10/- Non-judicial Stamp Paper asper specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidates. Format ofaffidavit attach as per Appendix ‘B’.

(o) Single Bank Account, PAN Card & AADHAR Card . Single Bank Account, PANCard & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay &allowances and other social benefits scheme.

5. Special Instruction. Special instruction is attach as per appendix ‘C’.

6. Administration. Candidates are advised to bring sufficient eatables and drinking waterwith them since recruitment is a time consuming process.

7. Candidates will be permitted entry into rally site only on production of Admit Cardin duplicate generated online through the official website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to Civil Police.

8. Recruitment into the army is a free service. Candidates are advised not to pay bribe toanyone for recruitment as it is based purely on merit. Selection process during recruitment at allstages is computerized and transparent. Therefore, candidates are advised to be beware oftouts as they cannot help them at any stage.

9. Candidates are advised to check their age & education criteria before participating in therally. Candidates found under age / overage and not meeting education criteria will bedisqualified.

10. Giving / taking bribe, production of bogus / fake certificates and indulging in unfair meansis a criminal offence and liable for punishment under law.

11. Certificates with overwriting, tampering of seals or erasing/alteration of any type will notbe accepted.

12. All documents submitted by the candidates are verified by government agencies beforeenrolment into Army. Strong legal action will be taken against individuals submitting fakedocuments. Even after recruitment, the service will be terminated if candidates are found tohave produced fake documents or gave wrong information at the time of recruitment, despitethe number of years of service individual may have rendered.

13. No compensation for Death / injury / loss etc during the rally and no travelling allowance /dearness allowance for journey is admissible. Candidates will participate in the rally at their ownrisk and the participation is totally and entirely voluntary. The signing of Indemnity Bond is amandatory requirement.

14. Use of Performance Enhancing Drugs . Use of any kind of performance enhancingdrugs is strictly banned. Candidates having been found to have used the same will be debarredfrom further screening.

15. Tattoo. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.efrom inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand.Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will bebarred from further selection.

16. If 180 days or more lapse between screening medical at the rally and despatch, medicalwill be done again and unfit candidates in this review will not be recruited.

17. Selection is provisional till Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are despatchedfor training.

18. Mobile phones are not permitted in the rally site and at the time of CEE.

19. Candidates are advised in their own interest to undergo medical exam before coming forselection especially with respect to flat foot, poor vision, deformities and physicalmeasurements. All are advised to ensure that their ears are free of wax by getting it cleaned bya doctor prior to the rally.

20. Candidates may have to present themselves at rally site for three to four days.Candidates should make arrangements for stay under their own arrangements.

21. Negative marking would be applicable in CEE.

22. Result of written examination will be declared on the official websitejoinindianarmy.nic.in. No separate letter will be sent to the candidate. It is responsibility ofcandidate to check his result and report to ARO for documentation.

APPENDIX-CATTENTION

SPECIAL INSTRUCTION

CANDIDATES WILL BE PERMITTED ENTRY INTO THE RALLY SITE ONLY ONPRODUCTION OF ADMIT CARD. ANYONE FOUND FAKE ADMIT CARD WILL BE

HANDED OVER TO CIVIL POLICE

1. Domicile Certificate should be online verifiable and digital signed by SDM/DM.Candidates with other district education should have verifiable supporting documents toprove/verification domicile ration card, old domicile certificate, electric bill etc.2. Caste Certificate should be online verifiable and digitally signed by Tehsildar/SDM/DM.It is stated that general category caste also have to get caste certificate from village Pradhanor Sarpanch during rally.3. Beware of touts, agents and antisocial elements.

4. Candidates producing fake documents /impersonating are liable to be rejected besides handing over to police authority.5. Candidate must produce all requisite documents in original at the Rally Site, failingwhich he will not be screened for recruitment. NO ADDITIONAL TIME WILL BE GIVEN TOBRING DOCUMENTS DURING RALLY.

6. Candidate must produce all mandatory documents as mentioned in admit card in original,whenever asked for at any stage of the recruitment process.7. Candidate giving false information during recruitment will be liable for termination of service in spite of any number of years in service after recruitment

8. Serving soldiers of Indian Army are not allowed to attend recruitment rally. Such cases, if found, will be liable to action under Army Act.9. Body tattoo. Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearm ie frominside of elbow to wrist and on the reverse side of palm/ back (dorsal) side of hand.Permanent body tattoo on any other part of body is not acceptable and candidate will bebarred from further Screening if detected at any stage.10. All candidates should preferably wear their sports shoes during PFT (Run, Zig Zagbalance, Beam and Ditch) to avoid injury to their feet.11. Use of performance enhancing drugs is not permitted. Candidates are liable to bescreened for the use of drugs during rally. Army will not be responsible for any mishapduring the run/other physical tests. 12. Grievance Cell. Grievance cell is established at rally site to attend all types ofgrievance/redressal of candidates. Any grievance related to the recruitment rallymeasurement of height, weight, chest will be given in writing by the candidates to the OICgrievance cell on the same day of the recruitment rally. Request for re-measuring of height,weight and chest will not be entertained at a later date, in case you have not reported thesame at grievance cell. Your queries and requests sent at a later date will not be replied tooif you have not reported to grievance cell.

13. Aadhaar card/proof receipt of aadhaar applied for, for all candidates will be checkedduring parallel run, all candidates should bring /produce their aadhaar during rally and theywill be checked for same. 14. A candidate can apply for only one specific category in particular rally. There is nooption to change the category. Candidature of candidates appearing in multiple categorieswill be rejected.15. Mobiles phone, Tabs and Laptops are not permitted at the Rally site.

16. Samanya Niwas Praman Patra is required as per Government of Uttar Pradesh letterNo 157/TEEN-2003-77(11)/83 dated 18 February 2003.17. Candidates to check age and education criteria before participating in the rally.Candidates found underage/overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified.18.
