1. what should governments do to support the arts?
invest in art educationart subjects should be encouraged more in school by building up more art
facilities ( music room, art gallery, sculpture room) or higher salary for arts teachers.
funding for public museums and concert venue, theatre and concert
recover and improve crafts village in order to maintain and make traditional arts alive
use their influence to increase charitable donations from businesses and individuals.
2. In what way are artists important in society?
artistsmaintain and keep traditional, historical, cultural value alive and transferred among

by their works, they tell us their stories, their contemporary issues and values such as: natural
beauty, customs and traditions of that eras: festivals, ceremonies, people tastes as well aspeople connection to the surrounding environments.
also give people hope and relaxation via their artworks. ex: a talented artists can be a legend
and inspired many generation: Mozart, Bethoven, Picasso or even famous actress like Marylyn
Moonroes.
the movers and shakers of the world: they create new ideas and innovationschange our
society significantly.
thanks to artists products improves students in their personal, intellectual, and social
development.
3. Why do styles of art change over time?
Things change. Artist are skilled observers. What they experience in a culture,they reflect in their works
Artists record in many different ways and styles thereby change accordingly.
Technology and economics are also reasonsIn the beginning there were cave paintings. Then they did
oil paintings. Then they took photographs. Now it's all digital and done with computers... That's pretty
much how it's changed
Artifacts show how people lived and what they had in the past.
How Government can protect ancient sites?
First step is to renovate these damaged places by sending professional and skilful researchers, experts
and conservators staff. Many developed countries have been successful in this step: Stonehenge in
England is an example.

The practice of popularizing monuments and ancient sites as places of entertainment and amusement
should also be played down because it does not helps much in protecting them as our heritage and on
the other hand brings harm to the already vulnerable structures
