ArtsQuest™ is a nonprofit dedicated to celebrating arts and culture. Formed in 1984 with Musikfest, a festival designed to provide access to diverse styles of music while drawing people to Bethlehem’s historic downtown, the organization has developed a dynamic model for urban revitalization and cultural excellence, with its programming now reaching 1.5 million people annually. Over the years, ArtsQuest has continued to introduce new programming and events for the community including Christkindlmarkt Bethlehem® in 1993, the Banana Factory® in 1998 and the ArtsQuest Center and SteelStacks in 2011. Today, our programming includes themed festivals highlighting blues, Latin, jazz, photography, patriotic celebrations and Oktoberfest to name a few. We also offer independent films at the Frank Banko Alehouse Cinemas; ticketed concerts and performances in the ArtsQuest Center’s Musikfest Café™ presented by Yuengling; comedy and more.
The nation’s largest FREE-admission music festival, Musikfest showcases 500-plus performances on 15 stages over 10 days every summer. This dynamic festival boasts one of the nation’s most diverse performer lineups, with nearly every musical style imaginable. Genres includes rock, country, blues, jazz, world, Latin, folk, classical, polka and bluegrass, complemented by loveable street performers, amazing artisans and more than 60 food vendors highlighting a wide variety of cuisine from around the world.

Celebrate the arrival of autumn with this fun-filled Oktoberfest, which offers a unique twist to traditional Oktoberfest celebrations! Each year, this free festival welcomes people from near and far to enjoy attractions like lumberjack shows and dachshund races, delicious German cuisine and plenty of family fun, as well as games like barrel rolling and stein races. Other highlights include the Brewers Village presented by Brewers of Pennsylvania, an annual scarecrow competition and more.

Celebrating six great summers in the Lehigh Valley, the Levitt Pavilion features a sensational lineup of artists performing the best in rock, blues, R&B, country, Celtic and Latin music. From May through September 2016, more than 89,000 people enjoyed 50 FREE concerts as part of the annual Summer Concert Series. Artists who have performed in recent summers include The Smithereens, Orleans, The Cowsills, Fabulous Thunderbirds, The Drifters, Poco, Pure Prairie League, Ambrosia and Black Violin.
Levitt Pavilion
The Musikfest Café presented by Yuengling is a dynamic concert venue featuring an awe-inspiring view of the former Bethlehem Steel Blast Furnaces. Located on the third floor of the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks, this venue features live music year-round, with past performers including Steve Miller, David Crosby, Tracy Morgan, Graham Nash, Little River Band and more. The venue offers a variety of seating arrangements and spectacular food a beverage service; it’s also available for private event rentals throughout the year.

The Musikfest Café presented Yuengling
This spectacular holiday event, which featured a record attendance in 2016, has twice been named one of the best holiday markets in the U.S. by Travel + Leisure, as well as one of the top holiday markets in the world by Condé Nast Traveler and USA Today. Newly expanded in 2016, the event now features more than 150 artisans and vendors showcasing aisles of handmade works and holiday collectibles, as well as live Christmas music, delicious food, ice carving and glassblowing demonstrations, and an authentic German St. Nicholas.

Rev up your engines as Lehigh Valley Grand Prix and ArtsQuest present a high-octane race through the streets of Bethlehem’s old steel mill. It’s a corporate clash unlike any other, as the region’s businesses go head to head to raise funds for the Levitt Pavilion SteelStacks and its FREE summer concert series! Jump in our high-speed go karts and show off your driving prowess on a one-of-a-kind course designed exclusively for the race by Lehigh Valley Grand Prix.
