7. "ASO BULI JEEBA -The Pre-Paid Travel Scheme-002" is a Prepaid Travel scheme, after 1st month INR 1000 to be deposited, any member pay extra prepayment amount, it should be multiple of INR 1000.8. Any member pays multiple prepaid amounts, than his lucky coupons will be multiple. For each INR 1000, one lucky coupon will be issued.9. All package rates are on twin sharing basis. Including all promotion lucky draw prizes, eg. Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hongkong, Star Cruise (If single person wish to travel & avail the holiday package than the single supplement will be charged extra)10. Itineraries are subject to nature & weather condition.11. Reservations can only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total cost. Final balance is payable 4 weeks before departure. Failure to pay may be treated as a cancellation terms applied.12. Cancellation terms & charges. - After confirm booking if tour is canceled by the passenger 30 days before the departure, then air fare charges will not be refunded. only 50% of the package will be refunded.13. Though every effort will be made ensure that the published itinerary is followed as closely as possible, given uncertain weather & other local conditions, all schedules & itineraries may be subject to alterations & at short notice.14. The company and Tour manager are jointly responsible for passengers' comfort and safety. Passengers must accept their decisions and instructions.15. Passengers should ask advice from their doctor regarding relevant inoculations and prophylactics for travel to these countries.16. Passengers must be fully insured to cover any risk of medical expenses and repatriation (which includes repatriation of remains) and the Company is in no way relationship for such liabilities.17. Once a booking has been received through a sales agent or directly from the passenger a contact exists between the company and the passenger and these terms and conditions must be adhered to by both parties.18. Law prevalent in India is applicable and as a part of the cause of action arises in Berhampur and the company has its Registered Office in Berhampur, it is agreed between the parties that in the event of a dispute or difference between the parties the exclusive

jurisdiction shall vest in court/ forum / tribunal in Berhampur alone having jurisdiction to decide the matter.19. In the event that one passenger enters into a commercial or other form of relationship or arrangement with another passenger the company is no way liable for the obligations of one passenger to other passenger or any claim thereof.20. Force Majeure : in the case of circumstances beyond normal control, such as war, civil or political unrest, strikes, catastrophes, epidemics or disruption to fuel supplies for the vessel, the Company may cancel the tour and there will be a full refund of all monies

paid by the passenger. In the event of a tour being cancelled as a result of the above force majeure situations following the commencement of that tour period then monies will not be refunded.21. For any reason if the scheme closes, then amount paid by the members will be refunded with respect, no interest will be paid and shall not dispute the forfeiture.22. Every month one package of worth 31,000/- will be given as lucky prize & one member will be consider for the draw from the "ASO BULI JEEBA -The Pre-Paid Travel Scheme-002". Lucky members should avail the package within 2 years from the winning

date. The prize cannot be exchange with the money but transferable.
