Start by finding an inspirational place, like a park or a lake. Make sure you’re not on the clock, your phone is put away and you’re free of all distractions.

If that’s too difficult, then choose an inspirational time. The best time to let your heart speak is in the middle of the night or after Fajr, when everyone and everything else is still.

This is how to get clear on what your heart truly wants. Not the cliche, mainstream, expected Duas… but your ultimate Dream Duas that come from the heart.

For example, memorizing Quran might take 2-3 years. So break your Dream Dua down to milestones along the way: enrolling in an All-Star Quran School, memorizing Surat Al-Baqarah, etc.
