Tower Crane - Inactive for 31st weekday in a row although some movement - reportedly is being prepared to receive lifting apparatus to attach to sides of tower on Wed.

Module Transportation - 0 mods delivered to site.

Module Installation - 0 new mods installed. Mod completion stands at 12.6%, 117 of 930 installed. Installation Rate = 117 in 118 work days = 1 mod per day so far. FCR informed on 5/13 that restart of mod installation pushed back to June 9 from June 2 and that it is expected installation will halt again after installation of the 6th-8th floors, possibly the 9th floor, waiting for another 3-floor backlog to be manufactured.

Module Fabrication - Ongoing at Navy Yard, presumably, working on 7th floor mods with 142-man workforce. FCR reported on 5/2 that 6th floor mods were all done, per schedule. On 5/13, a number of mods observed sitting outside Bldg 293 at the Navy Yard along with a host of frames (largest quantity seen sitting outside). Schedule received 4/28 states 7th Floor mods commenced production on 4/18 and will be finished by 5/14 but FCR informed on 5/13 that were running late and on 5/14 reported they will be finished the week of 5/21 and that the 8th floor mods had begun production.

MEP - Sprinkler on 2nd/3rd and storm pipe on 1st floor as well as electrical conduit continued in basement levels, primarily upper level.

Additional New Observations: Spray-on fireproofing (SOFP) stopped for the week at approximately noon on Thursday. No spraying operation today. SOFP sub not on site.

New Information received: Still on track to receive mods on June 9. Info on tower crane above.

New Information requested:

Civetta on site placing last of backfill (reportedly) between arena and B2.

At Navy Yard Wed., 10/16, FCR stated that first mods would arrive on site in late December/early January and that there would be a backlog of 30-40 (1-2 floors worth) to 80 (3 floors worth) mods completed at that time which it was felt will be sufficient for production to keep ahead of erection so there will be no downtime during mod erection at the B2 site.

Previous observations: Front façade is 33-35' from the ped walkway. Flatbush façade is 12' from the edge of the sidewalk shed. Height exceeds 2 X the distance between the building and the ped crosswalk at Flatbush across Dean.

Previous Information received: Mod installation now not starting until June 9 per FCR. 7th floor mods due to be finished now the week of 5/21. FCR reiterates that 6th, 7th & 8th floors and Skanska adds poss bly the 9th floor will be installed after which job will shut down again.

Paper documenting DOB's approval (signed 2/2/14) of no sidewalk shed on Dean received on 3/21/14.

Are to 'uninstall' a few of the 5th floor mods in order to correct gasket allignment issues (haven't yet). No leaks noticed in western part of 5th floor where mods are to be uninstalled.

Information to be requested: More information on quality issues noticed with the mods - exterior: torn gaskets, dents and scratches to the façade; interior: lack of completeness of mods.

y.

Information previously requested: 5/1/14 - .

2/27/14 - Copies of sketches or drawings of roof fixes (of John Dolan, Skanska). No response.

4/8: Jury is still out on gaskets which may be under increasing stress under weight of additional floors.
