How to Assemble & Scale Characters Scaling Data provided for each Character sets (Clothing and Faces)with the exception of P02 and P09 which come

as Standard G5 Avatars:

Procedure:

1) Load figure base (i.e. load Gwynn or Chuck avatar)

2) Load clothing bases including shoes

3) Load clothing Material files

4) Load skin material file (if any)

5) Load Hair base & material and scale to fit(if any )

6) Load head (last – this will cause all body tones to match.)

7) Bring up Avatar Proportion. If figure Base set other than default set to that Preset (i.e. blump, Strong, etc.)

8) With Body selected and Lock XYZ checked, scale to Overall (this will give it the basic body mass)

9) With Body selected and Lock XYZ Unchecked, scale Length to Height

10) Select Shoulders with mirror on, scale Length to Shoulder

11) Select Head, hit reset and with Lock XYZ is checked, set scale to Head

12) Additional Scaling as indicated (hair, breasts, waist, legs, etc.).

Lastly, load any Accessories and Save Character

You should have it pretty well scaled. Save Avatar.

Epic Sci-fi Journey Sequel Uniforms Pack includes 33 Upper and 2 lower Material files. Uniform material nomenclature

Example: VOY F Y-1 G5 Upper casual.iMtl

Breakdown: VOY (M/F) (Color)-(Rank) (cloth base identifier)

Uniforms come in male (M) and female (F); 3 Colors in a variety of ranks: R(ed) – Command (ranks 1 thru 5); Y(ellow) –

Security & Operation (ranks 1 thru 4); B(lue) – Medical & Science (rank 0 thru 4). E for rank indicates no communicator

badge or rank so that you may add your own (I include 1 per color per gender). I include a male blue uniform with no

rank and with communicator for the Medical program.

Models and Images All back drop Modes from 3D Ware House

I did not find a really detailed complete bridge most seem to be a work in progress but did find a good Engineering.

1) BRIDGE. I used USS Voyager Bridge !!!WIP!!! UPDATE by Lewis for the Bridge: some of the rail and other objects

don’t seem proportioned right relative to the characters and it had no displays. There were other models but

could not find any with detail I like. These seemed to be works in progress.

2) ENGINEERING. Highly recommend uss voyager main engineering (unfinished) by Onassis for engineering. The

display (2D images) did flicker: in 3DXchange, for each 2d image: I made them a Sub prop; using transform,

moved them the smallest distance from object they are on; make them self-illuminating; and, then removed

them as sub-prop. In iClone, I select the blue warp core with eyedropper; saved the blue warp diffusion image

and then add it as Glow to top and bottom stack of warp tubes with strength of 6. Add light blue point light to

center of warp.

3) There are also cargo bays and delta flyer interiors that looked good and several Sickbays that were not exactly

correct but functional.
