Overview
Who we are:
• Austin Pure Air solves and controls indoor air problems cost effectively using patented, filter-less Genano ® Technology imported from Finland.
• This patented technology removes more than 99.5% of air impurities including viruses, bacteria, pollen, mold, soot, chemicals, pollutants, smoke, and dust down to .001 microns.
• Traditional air cleaning technology focuses on impurities in the 0.3 micron range, which cannot remove mold spores, viruses and bacteria.
• The GENANO® method is designed to separate the entire range of particles from indoor air, including ultrafine particles and aerosols in particulate and droplet form.
Austin Pure Air
Genano’s Technology is 300x more powerful than traditional air cleaning technology
How it works:
• Technology:– In the GENANO® air cleaning method, air is allowed
to pass freely between the collection surfaces. – An ion spray is directed at the airborne particles,
forcing the particles onto the collection surfaces. – The accumulated mass of particles is flushed with a
eco-friendly water/detergent solution into the sewer system or a separate container for disposal.
• No filters to change or clean, low power consumption & minimal maintenance

Benefits: Especially effective at removing nanosized ultra fine particles…Mold,
bacteria, viruses, fumes, smoke, dust
Does not require cleaning or maintenance of filters and is energy efficient.
We recommend 2 air purification solutions for most clients:
Genano 310 for rooms up to 3000 sq. ft. (for room specific cleaning situations)
Genano 1000 for custom solutions (entire buildings).
Genano purifiers can be used as stand alone units, or attached to a system of ducts to create clean zones and workstations.
Genano units contain a powerful gas absorber that removes gasses & odors..
Technology & Specifications
Understanding Genano ® Technology
1. Air moves through the air cleaning chamber
2. Negative particles are pushed into positive charged plates where they are captured. Ions are a small part of the push.
3. The positive charged plate is routinely washed with the Genano cleaning fluid
4. Flushed particles are captured in a basin at the bottom of the unit or go down the drain pipes.
5. Portable unit basins can be cleaned in any sink.

1. This surface is automatically and intermittently cleaned. This system is unique and patented throughout the world. The capabilities are limitless because of the ability to remove all particles from air including nanosized particles.
2. The ozone production of a Genano air purifier is below the 0.05ppm limit set by the FDA for indoor medical devices
3. Genano Technology goes beyond conventional air cleaning methods in that there is no requirement for fiber filters and the units have an automatic self cleaning cycle.

SYSTEM for Buildings
Austin Pure Air GENANO 310 STAND ALONE AIR CLEANER
The Genano 310 is well-suited to be a air cleaning quick remedy in spaces where people have symptoms but where the problem has not yet been identified or fixed.
Extensive tests have shown that Genano air cleaners have a cleaning efficiency of almost 100% (in the 0.001-10µm range).
Mobile, versatile, can be attached to walls if preferred Virtually no noise emanates from unit…very quiet, no moving parts
SPECIFICATIONS
Use: Room-specific air cleaning Dimensions (width*height*length): 15 x 18 x 58 inches Weight: 55 kg (120 lbs) Casing: Aluminium, galvanized steel Air cleaning capacity: max. 250 m3/h Operating voltage: 100-120 V, 60 Hz Power consumption: 60-150 W Cleaning efficiency: >99.5% Cleaning range: >0.001µm Operating temperature: 0... +60ºC Relative air humidity: 0 -100% (95%) Device cleaning: self-cleaning Suitable for rooms: 1000 to 3000 sq ft.
Understanding Genano ® technology
The GENANO 310 Basics1. Particles and infections enters
the unit in the lower part and passes through the Genano ® chamber
2. Genano ® Technology kills and removes the particles down to 0.001 Microns
3. The charcoal filter removes ozone and other gases
4. The clean air is returned to the room
5. The GENANO units flush out the particles regularly (once/week).
The Genano 310 with Genano ® technology
The Genano 1000 series air cleaning units can be used for unlimited air volumes in both new and renovated buildings.
The advantages of Genano ® air technology in central ventilation include: Ultra fine particle removal prevents the equipment (ducts, device parts etc.) from becoming dirty particle mass is not collected into a filter; instead, the hazardous waste is
removed by flushing the collection surfaces Not restricted by outdoor air temperature Not restricted by humid air (water and snow do not cause malfunctions) Low operating costs Easy to service No unpleasant smell, because the system does not have fiber filters where
particles can accumulate
SPECIFICATIONS: Dimensions (width*height*length): customized Frame: Stainless steel, top cover of galvanized steel Cleaning efficiency: >90-99% (particles/cm3) Cleaning capacity: 1m3/s Low Operating voltage: 100-120V, 60Hz Low Power consumption: 80 to 400W (Avg 230) Operating temperature: -40 to +60 C Cleaning of unit: Automatic scheduling; no temperature restrictions, freeze guard Installation: can be fitted to the duct or integrated with the AHU

Energy & Maintenance Savings
Austin Pure Air
Energy Savings are significant for end users:
With actual energy consumption ranging from 120 w for the Genano 310, up to 400w for the Custom units, energy savings are significant
• Most investments in the custom units for buildings can be paid back in 14 to 26 months depending upon whether the unit is low or high efficiency:

Lifespan of Genano Units & Maintenance
Austin Pure AirLifespan of Genano Units:
There are very few moving parts in the Genano Air purification units.
• Genano units are manufactured using the latest state of art air purification technology.
• Genano units are durable metallic air purification and decontamination devices far superior to plastic devices. Most of competing products are based on a fan and fiber filter principle which is less efficient and much cheaper to manufacture.
• Genano units are built for demanding professional use.
• Genano units remove also gases and odors.
• Genano units total operating costs are low in the long run. Units do not utilize fiber filters, which are expensive to change regularly.
•Genano has no history of malfunction rates because we don’t have them.
The Lifespan of the Genano units is several decades.
Austin Pure Air
Maintenance of Genano Units:
Because there are very few moving parts in the Genano Air purification units and Genano units are manufactured using the latest state of art air purification technology, maintenance is minimal.
• For the Genano 310 unit, once per year the gas absorber charcoal filter needs to be changed. Costs range from $180-220 per year depending upon the gas absorber chosen, and requires a screwdriver to change out. Austin Pure Air does all servicing.
• Change outs are also necessary for the custom units; training will be provided, but is equally as easy.
• Should repairs be required, Austin Pure Air/Genano will provide a qualified technician.
The Genano units are virtually maintenance free.
