The Blog...

I started blogging in August 2017. In the midst of starting the blog I

was planning my own wedding and updating our home in Michigan.

Since then, Autumn Anthology has grown in spurts. My goal is to

empower & inspire my audience to create the space they deserve.

I’m a firm believer that you can be happy with your space without

completely renovating it. You don’t need to wait until you have the

funds to have a relaxing stress-free home that you’re proud of. There’s

nothing more satisfying than coming home to an area you enjoy with

the people and pets that you love.

Blog posts have been far and few between, but we’ve been working

hard behind the scenes on the back-end of Autumn Anthology. SEO is

better than it ever has been with organic search traffic having a 100%

increase in growth since December 2017.

Social Media

Social media has been a key stakeholder in the growth of Autumn

Anthology. I remain active on four different social media platforms:

Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter. Social media is key for my

brand to connect directly with my audience. I pride myself in remaining

engaged with all my followers by replying to comments and direct

messages as soon as I can.

I share a special portion of my activity through Instagram and

Facebook stories which gives followers a unique “behind-the-scenes”

view of Autumn Anthology and allows them to get to know me as a

person.

For each platform I try to achieve at least 1 post per day. I record

stories as I see fit and can post as many as 10+ stories a day depending

on activities of that particular day.

Engineer by trade but designer at heart.

Animal lover to the core, my furbabies are my kids. Lint rollers for life.

Would paint everything pink if my other half would let me.

Thrifting and upcycling are my favorite!

Hides stools around the house so I can reach ALL the things.
