1. BACKGROUND
AVC Corporate Advisory Services is an innovative
up and coming company that aims to partner with
you to provide practical and comprehensive
business solutions and advice.
We recognize that each organization is unique,
with its specific needs, and that there is no “one
size fits all” when it comes to providing solutions to
our clients. We deal with our valued clients based
on their specific circumstances.
We recognize that in this highly competitive
environment, qualified and experienced skills are
both difficult to obtain and costly, hence companies
may need a helping hand to maintain excellence in
delivering value-add solutions to the organisation.
Co-sourcing and out-sourcing have in recent times
gained acceptance as an alternative way to access
both normal and specialist skills, which might have
otherwise been too expensive, as businesses,
streamline activities to concentrate on core
business activities.
AVC Corporate Advisory Services recognises the
developments in corporate governance (King III)
and the SA Companies Act, which are driving
exciting and innovative thinking in business.
Change is therefore inevitable and coupled with
the slowdown in the world economy led by the
European crisis and the USA, survival of a
company is dependent on its ability to adapt and
re-invent itself and keep up with the competition.
1. VALUE STATEMENT
At AVC Corporate Advisory Services, we are value
driven. Our values are:
Client Focus
Our clients are the reason for our existence and we
therefore always strive to exceed their
expectations. We go that extra mile to achieve
results on time.
Excellence
We strive for excellence in all we do and ensure
that there is quality in everything we do at a low
cost.
Integrity
We adhere to the highest standards of conduct
and moral behaviour, and maintain the highest
level of ethics in all our actions.
2. MISSION, VISION
“To be recognised by our clients and competitors
as the benchmark in service delivery within our
industry and chosen markets.”
We will focus our energies in a co-operative effort
that will enable us to provide high quality, value
added services in our area of operations.
